In the rest of our latest art therapy, my dear Rachel C. delighted us with this gem full of sensuality, delight and pleasure. It would be reprehensible even, for my part, how such a work of art can not be shared.
INGREDIENTS
250 g of black chocolate.
250 g of milk chocolate. 250 g of white chocolate.
750 ml.
cream 750ml.
milk curd 3 envelopes
A packet of biscuits
60 g butter 150 g
sugar
PREPARATION
cookies are crushed, add the chopped butter and a dash of milk. Poured over a cake pan, spreading it well throughout its base, and goes into the fridge to harden.
Put chopped black chocolate, 75 g sugar, 250 ml of milk, 250 ml of cream and a packet of curd in a pot and not more than 90 degrees left to boil a little.
Pour over the crust.
With the other two types of chocolate to be equal, but white chocolate does not get sugar.
To put the different layers have to wait until curd is above (if you get into the fridge will make it faster)
Once all the layers put it in the fridge and leave overnight .
